Solheim Cup 2015: USA beat Europe 14½-13½ in Germany
Juli Inkster's team came from behind 10-6 after the morning fourballs, but won eight and a half points from 12 singles to regain the title they last won in 2009!! It will most likely be the Solheim Cup that is tainted with the memory of what happened on the 17th on the final day with Pettersen and Hull who didn't concede a put (which looked easily a gimme) and the USA lost that hole as they picked it up. Nonetheless, it was very entertaining and I look forward to the next Solheim!!
New World Number One
The World Number One spot is getting chucked around these days!! It's brilliant to see Day, McIlroy and Speith hotly contesting for the top spot! After the win in Chicago, Jason now goes No. 1 in the world!!!
Now that 75 points is posted, you can see it can be done! Teams are rallying together, some dates are in the diary, let's see if they can hold that position till the end.
