Hello Golfers,

Thank you to everyone who has kindly taken time to write back to us after we announced on Monday that we would be closing the shop and the coaching facilities. It was heartwarming to read the messages.

Whilst we are not technically open during this period and there won’t be a lot of golf happening either, if you do need anything from us please email the shop on jonnie.cliff@foremostgolf.com as I will be popping in to check on things regularly.

Duncan, Mike & I are also looking into the possibility of remote coaching, where you can send us swings and we can give you some technical advice and give you some practice drills to work on whilst you are bored at home. If this is of interest then email your chosen coach on the following emails:

We are still looking into WhatsApp or what platform will work best for this great addition to our service, and until the current lockdown is finished, we will be offering the remote coaching free to all members who currently have golf lesson packages booked with us or anyone who wishes to buy into a package over the next few weeks.

I have also been asked to post some twitter golf advice so I will look into that as well so we can all stay connected and engaged. Just remember though that the camera adds 10 pounds or something!!!

For some golfers, the only time they experience the joy of new grips is when they buy a new set of clubs. However, the recommendation is to replace your grips each year if you play regularly, which is something we can help with.
