Well done to new member Roger Mew who crowns his inaugural competition round here at the club with a big win in the Senior Gents Open Stableford. Roger was closely pursued by Swanston duo Andy Hunter and Alex McKenzie. All three finished on 38 stableford points but Roger had the better inward half.

3rd Scott Noble & Heather Thomson (/Royal Burgess Golfing Society of Edinburgh) 68.0 

A huge congratulations to Anne McMenigall and Nick Hudson who won this years Mixed Invitation Foursomes. Nick and Anne were the last group in and had a tremendous score, well done also to David and Leslie Giffin and Heather Thomson and Scott Noble who filled up the other podium spots. 

Nick and Anne also had the lowest gross score but could only win one of the prizes so the best gross scores were as follows.

Caroline shoots hole in one on the 13th! 

Caroline Steedman was delighted to hit her second hole in one and first at MGC. Caroline played a 9 iron onto the 13th green and it rolled in!
