We wish you a Merry Christmas from all of us in the shop!! It has been a great year even though the weather was not always fantastic. Thank you all so much for your continued support this year, it is very much appreciated by all of us. We are very lucky here at Murrayfield to have so many great members! This year's highlights include:

- Alastair Murray and John Matheson meeting the Queen and receiving an MBE and CBE.

- Duncan having the birth of his baby boy Elliot.

- Murrayfield Team success in the Ladies and Junior section.

- Alastair Thurlow going to Florida on a golf Scholarship

- The inaugural Night golf event!

- And Ian Duguids best golfing turnaround of 21 shots from an 88 in the morning round to a gross 67 in the afternoon in the Men's Strokeplay Championship!

So far we have still have Jane Brown leading the way on Stableford point over 18 holes and now a new leader over the 9 hole with Kendall Scouler leading the way with an impressive 23 point!. They are all trying throughout the winter to have the best eclectic score, that will be announced in a few months, keep up the good golf!
