Physio Led 1 to 1 Pilates Pilates is an exercise form of the body and mind targeting core stability, flexibility, endurance and postural and body awareness. 1 to 1 Physio Pilates offers Modified Pilates taught only on a one to one basis by a Chartered Physiotherapist. The program is designed specifically for the individual based on an assessment of that person's posture, flexibility and strength, personal goals, current and past medical history. 1 to 1 Physio led Modified Pilates can be particularly beneficial for: • Those who experience recurrent episodes of mechanical spinal or pelvic pain, or who are recovering from a recent episode. • People who experience regular pain due to working positions, postures or repetitive movements. • Individuals who are recovering from an injury or after surgery (please get in touch to discuss your particular situation and timeframes). • Those who wish to attend Pilates with an individual Physiotherapist led approach prior to attending group based Pilates.
